You have to collect 10 yellow candies which are provided by the lucky candies each side of the magic mixer at the top of the board.
Unfortunately the mixer will cover your lucky candies in cream blockers every three moves unless you can slow it down by hitting it with stripes and combos.
You don't need to destroy the mixer, as long as you keep hitting the lucky candies and collecting yellows whenever you get a chance you can collect enough without destroying the mixer.
The mystery candies can be really useful, there are a lot of them dropping from the dispensers onto the conveyor so use them as much as possible as they often give the combos you need to fire into the lucky candies and yellows.
