Level 2737 is a dual task level, you have to collect the two cherries and clear all the jelly in 20 moves.
The fishing float is the secret to passing level 2737, hit it as many times as you can while you are clearing the jelly, especially with combos, and the resulting fish will clear the blockers and release the cherries.
