Level 2755 is a simple jelly level with no big surprises, but only 20 moves.
You don't need to clear the blocker in the middle as there is no jelly under it and it will allow more licorice to drop into the board, but it will probably be cleared as you play so ignore it and concentrate on making special candies and combos, which are fairly easy as there are only 4 colours on the board..
No real strategy is needed for level 2755, just blast away at the jelly and keep the licorice under control.
